About Evelien
I’m Evelien Tewes, an agility trainer and coach from the Netherlands with a background in Applied Psychology specializing in canine assisted therapy. I combine scientific understanding of how dogs learn with practical agility expertise to help you take your agility performance to the next level.
Have you ever seen a handler and their dog go around a course in perfect harmony? The handler cues and the dog performs their task with vigour, obstacle after obstacle after obstacle. It can look like poetry in motion.
It is my intention to create this crystal clear understanding in every dog I train. Through layered exercises, we build clarity, confidence, and through these: joy and drive. Whether you’re starting with a puppy or polishing skills with an experienced dog, I’ll help you achieve areté — excellence, the full realisation of you and your dog’s potential.
